The best part of being a creative is the freedom, the fun, and the problem solving. The trickiest part? Staying organized, communicating with teammates, and feeling valued. That’s why my focus is building my team first, actual design work second.
I’ve had the unique privilege of joining small teams during dramatic moments of change. Constantly evolving my job role through action and ideation, I work with my teams to develop and tweak what isn’t working into something new. I understand how to work with creatives because I am one. Constructive feedback and positive energy helps me build relationships with my colleagues to strengthen our team and increase the quality of our output.
I’ve found that my favorite thing about any job I’ve had is the people I get to work with.
